All cancellations must be received at least 48 hours before the start of the class or event. Cancellations must be received through Schedulicity.Com through the user account that was used to reserve the class or event. If you miss your scheduled class or event, you will be charged for the full price of the event. No refunds will be made for requests made after that time. A. Our 48-hour cancellation policy is something we have developed because at A. Chef’s Cooking Studio we strive to supply the freshest and most nutritious ingredients possible for our clients! To ensure our clients get the best, we place orders 2 days before the class for the amount of ingredients we need from local farms and suppliers, so your food has already been ordered when our cancellation policy limit has hit.
A. We understand that sometimes things happen that are out of your control. We will try as hard as we can if you are outside of our cancellation window to try and fill your spot. By reserving one of our classes online, you accept our penalty for not cancelling before the 48-hour window and we ask that our clients understand that risk when they sign up. With that being said, if that does happen, call us! We are almost always on a wait list for our classes and would love to help try to fill your spot, if you can't make it, with someone who can!
A. Our website is designed to be compatible with mobile devices, iPads, tablets, laptops, and computers.
A. Unfortunately, no. As stated in our confirmation email you received after signing up for the class, we do not accept cancellation via phone, email, or message and it is not a guarantee that it will be received in time before the class. The only way to cancel a class is through the user account that booked the class.
