Cancellations must be received through Schedulicity.Com through the user account that was used to reserve the class or event. If you miss your scheduled class or event, you will be charged for the full price of the event. No refunds will be made for requests made after that time. Requests via phone, email, or message are NOT an acceptable or guaranteed way to cancel your reservation.
We are moving all currently sold classes into the August calendar. Your reservation will move with the class to the new date, if you find that the date is no longer convenient, you can hop on to remove yourself anytime.
We would like to allow for a 14 day window for staff and clients to choose their best course of action should it be a self-mandated stay at home, or just to limit exposure overall.
As news and developments happen daily in our current climate, please note that the new dates will also be subject to change, but are a good start for the moment.
